Kurssialueelle liittyminen

The Everyday Acceptance -course covers themes based on Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) and positive psychology, which allow students to learn ways to deal with stressful and difficult situations in their lives. During the course student gets familiar with their own values, their thoughts and feelings and learn different ways of calming down and applying self-compassion when facing adversities in life.
