Welcome to the course Technology and human factors in work
This course gives you insight how to better integrate human perspectives in work. Human perspective is not only about health and safety but it is also about human productivity. European Union has visualized the future of industrial work under its' Industry 5.0 vision. Similarly for instance in Japan visions towards future societies have been presented under the vision of Society 5.0. Common to these visions is that they aim for paradigmatic changes and highlight human-centricity. In this course we delve into these future visions and discuss how prepared we are as individuals, organizations and societies to meet these complex visions in practice. In today’s rapidly evolving world, understanding the intricate dance between humans and technology is more crucial than ever. This course is designed to equip you with the skills to analyze and enhance these interactions, ensuring safety, efficiency, and well-being.
