During this course, students will learn about various aspects of testing
electronic components, modules, and systems. Students will also gain
knowledge that will allow them to apply different testing strategies,
according to different requirements and specifications. After completing
the course, students will be able to understand the following aspects
related to electronics testing:
- Interconnection testing and verification,
- Reliability testing and statistical analysis of results,
- Standards in testing,
- Battery and photovoltaics testing
- Printed and flexible components testing and analysis,
- Industrial approach to electronics testing, (testing design)
- The business of testing electronics.
During the laboratory exercises, the students will conduct solar cells and battery tests by using the solar simulator and designated battery tester.
