Content: Sustainability problem; Externalities; Environmental pollution control - targets and instruments; Environmental valuation methods; Climate change economics; Non-renewable resources; Open access fisheries; Forest resources

Required reading: Perman, Ma, Common, Maddison & Mcgilvray (2011). Natural Resource and Environmental Economics (4th Ed). Other required reading is informed as the course proceeds.

Teaching methods: 24 hours of lectures and 9 hours of exercises.

Assessment methods and criteria: Learning assignments, group work and essay. Note that participation in at least 2 out of 3 exercise session is mandatory to be entitled to pass the course. There is no written exam.

Material: Lecture notes and other material will be available in Classroom (Google Suite for Education).
