Non-discrimination and gender equality of the members of our university community are key principles in everything that our University does All members of the university have the right to be treated equally without discrimination.
In this training, we will cover the basics of gender equality and non-discrimination, as well as discuss the university's efforts in this area. The training also covers the concepts of diversity and inclusion and the many forms of discrimination. We recommend training for all employees of the University of Oulu, especially as part of a new employee's orientation.
The training aims to learn to recognize different ways of promoting gender equality and equality in your work.
