THIS FULLY ONLINE COURSE is designed as a self-access course, operating within an online workspace, with online support from the teacher.  The aim is to introduce different types of business correspondence and the format used when communicating in writing. In this course, you will learn how to convey information and details accurately and effectively, how to use appropriate style and level of formality in correspondence, and how to master conventional formats and layouts of business letters. There is a mandatory introduction session in the beginning of the course (week 2). The course itself comprises four assignment packages submitted by students for feedback. There is a final exam at the end of the course.
